Where are your pieces sourced?

Our collection is thoughtfully sourced from around the world, with a focus on timeless vintage, designer, and one-of-a-kind pieces. Every item is selected for its quality, craftsmanship, and style.

What condition are your items in?

We specialize in vintage and pre-owned pieces, so signs of age and previous wear are to be expected. Each item is carefully inspected, and any notable flaws or imperfections will be disclosed in the product description whenever possible. While we strive to provide detailed photos and descriptions, minor signs of wear may not always be visible or specifically noted.

How do vintage heels fit?

Vintage footwear often fits differently than modern sizing. Many vintage heels run approximately half a size to a full size smaller than their labeled size and may also have a narrower fit due to changes in manufacturing and shoe construction over time.

We recommend reviewing all provided measurements and comparing them to a pair of shoes you already own. If you're unsure about sizing, we're happy to provide additional measurements before you purchase.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all photos, measurements, and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Are your items authentic?

We carefully source our inventory and make every effort to ensure the authenticity of designer pieces. Any item represented as designer is inspected prior to being listed. If an item's authenticity cannot be verified with confidence, it will not be sold as authentic designer merchandise.
